Having positive role models is a wise practice but deifying any fellow human being crosses a line because none of us are perfectly good in attitudes and behaviors. Deification is a path to cynicism (or a cultish perspective). Cynicism is a destructive worldview, since when an idolized individuals' flaws become known, we can feel betrayed if we don't fall into denial, while it effectively normalizes the leadership that is actually inhumane. The sense of betrayal that stems from cynicism, that which is rooted in deification, is a temptation to generalize leaders as deceivers who want to take advantage of us, while their good deeds essentially become invisible. This worldview is a path to trust in conspiracy theories, pseudoscience, propaganda, or (and) the fear-mongering about minorities since those answers are easily digestible; those explanations are comforting due to their lack of nuance and complexity (while that viewpoint can even inspire a belief about a few people pulling world leaders' strings, as if we're living in a James Bond, Mission Impossible, or Austin Powers film). It's a belief system that produces an assurance that minorities and (or) leaders have and will take advantage of us (except the leaders who knowingly or unknowingly produce misinformation to produce a sense of community and a feeling of refuge). This worldview ironically amplifies anxiety. Furthermore, our vision to our own flaws, and the true source of our problems, become flawed if we fall for that type of perspective. Defeatism ironically nourishes defeat. Therefore, if we give in to deification, then others ultimately aren't the only ones harmed, while we walk upon the intertwining path of self-destruction.

(Photo by Layers from Pixabay) Rhetoric without action is holistically incomplete yet rhetoric alone is often mistaken for not being rich with power. It is a contagious force to nurture mental health or abuse it and to inspire deeds of kindness or cruelty.
I wager that a universal human desperation is to wholly belong while at least subconsciously clasping onto any loving inclusion, if it applies, with fierceness.
It's why so many of us kill certain aspects of our identities while some of us go beyond chipping away portions of our souls by ripping out what remains to replace them with corporately synthesized ones; while those echoes of love are still not guaranteed. ✨ ✨ ✨ ✨ *Visual art by Dimitris Vetsikas.* It's ludicrous to judge someone merely their our temptations, regardless if those are heinous and insistent; as it is when the refusal to yield to those desires is treated as absent by they who play make-believe that their enticements are of a holier nature, by pretending to their comrades that likewise temptations don't assault them, or from they who submit to a fear, manifested from emaciated love alongside malnourished knowledge. Yet it's unsurprising that the society who often excuses aggressors and blames victims would do this.

Positive Psychology and the Law of Attraction aren't synonymous though the latter has been allowed to flow into the former. Both truthfully declare that any person will make their situations better if they are optimistic and persistant.
However, Positive Psychology is a lifestyle that is about making the best of a situation, believing in a better outcome when warranted, and always helping others to do the same when one is able. The Law of Attraction is a doctrine which is explicitly about those things yet it is a subliminally shaming one as well. After all, an aspect of the philsophy is that those who strived and believed with every fiber of their being but couldn't rise above the social nor the economical gutters are primarily at fault because "if those poor souls fully believed in acquiring good entities than they would have received them." Many who have faith in The Law of Attraction are amongst the most loving souls yet the philosophy itself is a covertly self-righteous one. ⭐⭐⭐ - Photograph by leninscape. - Photo enhanced by C.A. Those fantastical cities within the multiverse of dreams where the distance between faraway companions disintegrates, where there is not merely correction but affection that overrules poor decisions, and where no one can possibly be the least loved because there are no levels to love? Truly, most of us have experienced dreams such as these and all would likely agree that they are the best type of visits into the fantastical dimensions...when they are being experienced. What makes those dreams the most atrocious for those who can't seem to overcome being the tag-alongs of social groups is that when they awaken, they realize that it wasn't reality. Oh, if only they and those in their group knew, as well as felt, their exceptional worth. ⭐⭐⭐ - Written by C.A. Nicholas - Photograph by karosieben. - Photo enhanced by C.A. Nicholas. I think many artists would agree that the most dreaded type of review is one that sums up their work as "meh."
Like positive reviews, negative reviews can lead an artist into fame even if it is of a different sort. Also, an art piece can be deemed as so atrocious that it is brilliantly entertaining even if it is in all the unintentional ways. So-so reviews often mean that a project will be relegated into the realm of the forgotten. Yet receiving a "meh" review can compel an artist to strive harder for betterment...or it can persuade one to loosen up to produce something "so awful that it's amazing." ⭐⭐⭐ - Written by C.A. May we also remain steadfast in bettering this world by the gifts which have been interwoven within our souls since conception.
