I think many artists would agree that the most dreaded type of review is one that sums up their work as "meh."
Like positive reviews, negative reviews can lead an artist into fame even if it is of a different sort. Also, an art piece can be deemed as so atrocious that it is brilliantly entertaining even if it is in all the unintentional ways. So-so reviews often mean that a project will be relegated into the realm of the forgotten. Yet receiving a "meh" review can compel an artist to strive harder for betterment...or it can persuade one to loosen up to produce something "so awful that it's amazing." ⭐⭐⭐ - Written by C.A.
