This episode is glorious. It's the second best premiere (Season 1's still reigns) of an overall wonderful show.
The Flash is a series where hope does not shy away from pessimism when it arrives, for though the former dies in the latter's embrace, hope is a phoenix who is destined to reawake and radiate. Likewise, tragedy's existence is addressed, much more conversed with, as love supports they whose hearts are broken. I sped past my initial intent to arrive at that pertinent digression. Anyways, this episode gave me vibes (sorry Cisco) that are akin to the tones of the first season: A delicate balance of humour and melancholy, driven by a sense of adventure. P.S. Where are my fellow fans of The Flash?
